Could you de-list my property from the rentGR.com website.  I appreciate your assistance and would definitely utilize your services again.  My call volume went up considerably.  Even though I am a customer, I do feel that you could be charging more.  At least $25 more per month.  I pay [almost double] for a one-time Sunday [newspaper] ad with no pictures.  A $25 increase is more of a nuisance increase.  I strongly feel that you will be successful with this business.  Thanks again.

Please get both of these listings turned off immediately.  I am getting loads of phone calls for these apartments and neither is available.  This service has worked out great, lots of interest generated from the ad.  I noticed a higher quality applicant and a considerable increase in showings.  We will continue to use your service to market our 12 apartments.  Bravo, nice job with this site.  Thank you.

Prospects were good ones - they understood the unit, the location, the cost, and they called for appointments based on the information listed. They knew what they were looking for, and so it appears it was very, very good as far as targeted advertising goes.  Most callers were people from outside the area who were relocating to my area due to a new job, etc.  I'd say your service was a good value for the money.  I would have [had to pay] far more for an ad in the paper, and would not have been able to adequately describe it, nor have photos. The serious calls I received said they really liked my unit in the ad because I took the time to describe it and use much of the 4,000 characters allowed. They really appreciated the detail and that was part of what made them call on mine instead of some of the others. They said many other units on your service did not have adequate descriptions, which is only because the other owners did not take the time to write up a nice description.  So there is definitely still a need to "sell it", to "talk it up", a burden that rests on the shoulders of the owner/manager.
